Consultation for Residential Work
My consultation service is particularly useful for homeowners who are contemplating an alteration or addition and want ideas and an understanding of the costs and problems involved. I can, in an afternoon or evening (usually about 4 hours), sit down and review possible approaches by sketching and describing how the work might be accomplished. You can, at this point, determine if the project is feasible and get a cost estimate for the project.
If the project looks good, I can then begin the architectural services. I charge a fee for the consultation.
